“ Bar Veloce Chelsea has been my neighborhood spot for the past 5 years, and is truly a neighborhood staple. The happy hour deal is unbeatable, the ambiance is perfection, and the staff is so fun and welcoming. The entire staff - especially David, Dara, and Valentin - are absolutely, 100% the reason that I keep coming back. They all immediately make you feel at home. The only drawback is that the music is quite dated and doesn't quite fit the overall vibe. Aside from that - I could not recommend this spot more highly. You will not be disappointed! ”

“ Great happy hour wine deals, $7.50 for a glass of house red, white or rose. They also do happy hour bottles, I think we got a rosé for less than $30. Food selection is decent for snacking, no real meals (which works better anyway for faster service.) They have a great outdoor garden/patio in the summer or if you're brave enough to stick it out in the colder months. A popular spot for my friends and I when looking for an easy, casual drink! ”
